The ability to learn the job. Sorry, but you need to shell-out some cash and invest in yourself for your new career. This is essential.
Flexibly; there are so many different ways to Market well, and you need to know them all. Trial and error is a big part of the job, and when you occasionally do something that makes you money, you need the ability to be able to reproduce this, again and again.
